At Tajna Club, every pair of our extraordinary heels is meticulously handmade to order, ensuring a bespoke creation designed exclusively for you.

Our Handcrafting Process: Please allow us 7 to 15 business days for the dedicated artistry and production of your unique footwear. As soon as your heels are perfected, they will be prepared for dispatch.

Worldwide Delivery: We proudly offer worldwide shipping from our studios in Turkey or the United Kingdom, ensuring your Tajna Club creations reach you no matter your location. We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, Widect and Royal Mail for reliable and efficient delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 2 to 7 business days, depending on your global location.

Important Note on Customs & Duties:

For all orders placed outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees for the customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order. Tajna Club is unable to pre-pay these charges or intervene in customs processes.

In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Due to delays caused by the shipping carrier's office hours in national holidays by countries, we will not be held responsible.
